2020 Estate Rosé of Syrah

We manage specific sections of our Estate Syrah blocks with this dry rosé in mind.  Explosive flavors of watermelon Jolly Ranchers, lemon zest and ripe strawberries are detailed with warm spices and limestone! An early harvest and 1 hour on the skins created juicy acidity and a perfectly pink color that will be the belle of the ball!
