Karl and Coco took great care in crafting this stunning blend to celebrate their Umiker Estate Vineyard. At a modest elevation of 1,350ft Umiker Vineyard takes advantage of the full length of the growing season to develop wines with complexity while maintaining acidity and moderate alcohols. You’ll want to bury your nose in the glass and breathe deeply. Concentrated aromas of dried raspberries, roasted almonds, salted caramel and cedar forest lead into velvety tannins and flavors of blackberry compote and nutmeg.
