2020 Louis Delsol Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting notes
Sourcing across three vineyards in the Lewis-Clark Valley AVA and aging in French and American oak, built layers of complexity into this wine. Aromas of fresh black cherry, maple syrup and violets lead into flavors of bacon, cracked peppercorns and black currants. These flavors hang on the palate and play nicely with smooth lengthy tannins.
