Tasting notes
This wine was crafted in memory of the late Dick Beightol, great friend and owner of Phinny Hill Vineyards. Spending only nine months in barrel helped us capture and celebrate the elegance and pure expressive fruit aromas of the beloved Phinny Hill Vineyard. Brûléed strawberries, tarragon, sweet basil, and suede transition from in-glass aromas to flavors lingering on the palate with savory tannins.
