Fermentation in stainless steel allowed aromas of Anjou pear, peach, and jasmine tea to take center stage. Flavors of starfruit and lemon bar roll through your mouth. Creamy viscosity, balanced by juicy acidity, will make this bottle seem way too small. Yes please, I'll have another sip!
