Tasting notes
Our first Syrah co-fermented with Viognier, a practice originated in the Rhône region of France to aid in color stabilization and contribute floral and fruity aromas. Strawberry jam, fresh lilacs, and anise combine with rich, round tannins to envelope your mouth and senses.
