Our first vintage in 2004 was a red blend from storied Washington vineyards, crafted while our estate vines were still young. Over time, our vineyard matured - alongside friendships formed with growers who helped shape our wines. In January 2024, historic cold forced us to cut our estate vines to the ground and retrain new shoots; not quite the 20th anniversary celebration we imagined. Yet thanks to a few dear grower friends, we still crafted a beautiful vintage. Twenty years in, one lesson stands above the rest; the strength of a winery lies in the people who care for it, from grape to glass.
