Tasting notes
It's hard to believe it has been 5 years since our last Coco's Blend No5! All the best parts of Malbec, Carmenère, and Petite Sirah shine in this bold blend. Strawberry fruit leather, black pepper, vanilla, cedar and clove on the nose. Roasted marshmallow, fresh herbs, and hints of a ginger molasses cookie on the palate. As you can imagine, the tannins are present! Would pair great with tri-tip or a meaty burger.
