Aromas of ripe raspberry mingle with freshly cracked black peppercorn, dried smoked chiles, and warm Mexican spices.
The palate carries those same savory and spice-driven notes forward, with raspberry and black pepper woven through layers of smoked chile, clove, and vanilla. Bright acidity billows across the sides of the tongue, while firm, drying tannins grip the palate and bring structure to the finish.
